Our High School Youth have commited to writing to soldiers overseas, to take a "Sabbath Retreat" in the late spring, and to return to the Gulf Coast of Mississippi for a week-long mission trip in July.

A successful mission was completed again this year, to the post-Katrina area of Mississippi.

Youth Ministry Vision
Our youth ministry strives to provide a well-balanced offering of opportunities for spiritual growth and community building appropriate for Middle and High School students.
We encourage:

Regular participation in worship and parish life

Safe, caring relationships with other youth and adults in the parish

Involvement in Local Outreach projects throughout the year
We offer:

Separate youth fellowship gatherings – one for high school and another for middle school youth on a regular basis

State-wide mission projects

National and global missions

Christian Education including, but not limited to Sunday Church School and Confirmation Classes

Overnight or weekend retreats

Events just for fun (Six Flags, bowling, sailing, laser tag, NYC, etc.)

Youth Council (leadership team for youth)
Our youth ministry is open to young people no matter what their walk of life is and no matter where they are on their spiritual journey.
