As in any family, a parish family needs to spend time and effort on planning and process:

• What are our goals and how do we get there?
• How can we communicate so everyone is heard and we know what is going on? 
• How will we handle our finances both income and budgets?
• How will we reach outside ourselves to support the larger community?
• What must we do to take care of our church property? and,
• How can we enhance our relationships and provide support for one another?

These are the questions addressed by the ministry of Parish Management, with the Vestry serving as its committee.
